We stand behind all of our products here at Duckbe. If you receive a damaged or defective product directly from us, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

All returns must be in unused condition, in the original packaging from a smoke-free environment, and have all relevant tags still attached.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot accept any personalized products for refund or exchange unless the mistake was caused by our team.

Please note: If the purchase was made with a credit or debit card, any refund will be credited back to that account, including gift purchases.

If you bought your product from a retail distributor, another website, or a third party, we cannot handle the exchange and you should contact the company you purchased from.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. All cancellation requests must be sent to support@duckbe.com.

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. If your cancellation request is submitted within the 24-hour window and before the order has shipped, your cancellation will be honored and fully refunded.

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. For personalized items, cancellation is only available within the 24-hour window, as production begins shortly after your order is placed.
