To fully showcase the colors of our printed pattern, we suggest stroking our blanket in the direction of the fabric's texture. Stroking in the opposite direction may result in uneven color display.

Returns & Exchanges – Within 90 Days of Purchase

You may request a return or exchange within 90 days of the purchase date. All returns must be approved by our team before being sent back.

Duckbe is responsible for return shipping costs in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The personalization is incorrect due to our error

  • The product quality does not meet our standards (e.g., chipping, broken parts)

In these situations, we will provide a replacement of equal or lesser value free of charge, and you do not need to pay the return shipping fee.

Customer-Responsibility Return Shipping

If the return is due to consumer reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
The shipping fee varies depending on your address and the courier you choose.

Customer-caused reasons include:

  • You changed your mind

  • You ordered the wrong item

  • You no longer want the product

  • Incorrect personalization provided by the customer

Personalized (Custom-Made) Products

Personalized items are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue or an error on our part.

Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns in the following situations:

  • The item has been used or is not in its original condition

  • The product was damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Returns sent without prior approval

  • Missing original packaging or tags

  • Items returned from a smoking environment

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Items must come from a smoke-free environment

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are issued within 3 business days after we receive and approve the returned items

  • Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take an additional 7–10 business days to appear

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method

Custom-Made Items

  • You may cancel within 24 hours after placing the order

  • After 24 hours, cancellation is no longer available as production will have begun

Non-custom Items

  • Can be canceled anytime before shipment
