Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. If your cancellation request is submitted within the 24-hour window and before the order has shipped, your cancellation will be honored and fully refunded.

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. For personalized items, cancellation is only available within the 24-hour window, as production begins shortly after your order is placed.
